I live in queens but decided to come to Atrium because it was literally the first stop on the NQR line and the place looked beautiful in the photos. It did not disappoint! They are amazing people, from the front desk staff to billing and checkout to of course the docs themselves. They say when you find a good doctor, a good dentist, a good accountant and a good mechanic, hang on to them. I’m hanging on to Atrium!!

My cardiologist referred me to Atrium for my diabetes management. Am glad to find them. It’s a brand spanking new office run by docs who’ve been practicing on the Upper East Side for decades. So you get the best of both worlds— clinical experience in a modern setting.

I have high standards for medical care and rarely give 5 stars on anything. Atrium Medical is an excellent practice! Dr. Paradkar and her staff are caring, efficient and timely.

They offer online scheduling, have a good patient portal and recently added an app to access the portal even faster from your phone. I’ve never had a long wait time on the phone or in the office. The office is clean and modern. Billing is turned around quickly and when I had a question about a bill, they were very prompt in responding and following up with the lab.

I had a great visit with Dr Paradkar . I showed up 10 mins early and after filling out paperwork waited a minute until I saw her . She was very professional and easy to talk to . I will be back! Highly recommend.

Dr. Shilpa was extremely friendly and understanding of all my questions and concerns. She was quick, efficient and had no real wait time between seeing her. She is seemingly dedicated and professional.

I got in quickly, which is impressive because I scheduled it that day. The staff was friendly and the PA took down all my information. He didn’t seem to be in a rush to get me out and actually asked questions and took his time to understand, which is so rare in appointments. The staff asked if I could come in earlier so they could get my blood samples out on time too, showing a sense of urgency in getting my results back. Just outstanding.

She was really attentive and sweet. I have definitely found my primary care doctor. She was thorough with explaining everything we were doing (which was a physical) and in answering my questions. Everything was prompt- before I saw her I had blood and such taken to really maximize my time (something I appreciate). I have already recommended her and I just left. Also, the office is beautiful so that’s a nice bonus.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Maggie!!! She was so sweet and thorough. I felt comfortable asking her questions and left really feeling like I was in good hands. She will def be my go to doctor from now on! The office is also very modern and everyone who worked there were super nice and efficient.

Dr Maggie was very friendly and asked very important questions before my appointment. She also was very knowledgeable. She was very kind as well. AMAZING. One of the best doctor visits. She asked great questions, was really invested in my health, was incredibly honest and had the best demeanor. She made me feel comfortable and took all my concerns and questions seriously. Additionally, gotta give high five’s to the receptionist. All in all, was a pleasant experience.
